James joined the agency in 1991, working alongside Ed Crocker as an associate, until becoming a partner in 1996. In 2003, James assumed complete ownership of the company and manages its operations from the administrative offices located in Palm City, Florida.
A graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with a BS in Business and a concentration in Hotel Administration, James also atttended a 3 year advanced program at Arizona State University to earn the designation of Certified Professional Manufacturer’s Representative.
Prior to joining the agency, James accumulated years of industry practical experience by working for Marriott Corporation for seven years, food and beverage directior at Marsh Landing Country Club in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida for three years, as well as internship experience in the restaurant business while attending college.
Collectively, James brings over 24 years of industry related experience to the company.
Justin joined the agency in April of 2000, and has the responsibility of covering key accounts in Orlando such as Walt Disney, Universal, and Darden, as well as the West Coast of Florida.
His industry related work experience includes sales at the distributor level for Superior Products, and Senior Manager for Steak and Ale for several years. The vast years of industry experience, and an overwhelming desire to want to service his customers makes Justin a true asset to our group.
He has a degree in Accounting from the University of Tampa, and was named All American on their highly competitive soccer team. Consequently, Justin went on to play on both the 1992 U.S. National Team and the 1992 U.S. Olympic Team as goalie. Justin also attended a 3 year advanced program at Arizona State University to earn the designation of Certified Professional Manufacturer’s Representative.
Kathleen joined our agency in December of 2014, to assume overseeing the administrative, financial and sales support functions of our agency. She has an extensive background in finance, both in the healthcare industry, as well as within some of the Fortune 500 companies such as Mobil Corporation and Dun & Bradstreet Corporation. Kathleen received her Bachelor of Arts at Wellesley College, and her MBA in Finance, with Distinction, from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business.
She has spent a good portion of her career, working for large corporations in Executive Management roles, and feels it is time to devote her experience, knowledge and expertise into the small business arena, where contribution and effort are more readily noticeable and appreciated! We are eager to build our business around her talents and business acumen.
John Hadaway joined Rep Source in January 2021. John is located in the Orlando area and covers our Central and Northeast Florida territories.
John has 30+ years of hospitality experience including operations, distribution sales, and manufacturer sales. He has an extensive tabletop and buffet background, yet is well versed in small equipment, smallwares, and chemicals as well. He is an established sales professional who is dedicated to building long-term relationships with his customers and is a firm believer in sincerity and providing great customer experiences.
For leisure, John is an avid boater and angler and loves being out on the salt water with his family. He also always enjoys golfing and football and is a HUGE member of the Bill’s Mafia…….Go Bills!!!!
Located in the Atlanta area, Chad Pratt brings over 14 years of industry experience to our group. He started in the foodservice industry as a Sales Associate with his father’s company C. Pratt & Associates and spent more than 10 years as a Business Development Manager for the Oneida Group.
With such a strong tabletop background and experience delivering great sales and service to a broad spectrum of accounts, his knowledge and expertise make him a great addition to our team.
Zac Truesdell joined the Rep Source Team in October of 2020, and is responsible for account and territory management for Alabama and E. Tennessee.
Zac grew up in a rural part of Oklahoma, working on the family ranch raising livestock and tending to the rigorous duties therein. He attributes his hard work ethic to that early exposure on the ranch, and lives by that standard today.
During his high school and early college years, Zac worked at QuikTrip, a convenience store chain headquartered in the Tulsa area, known for customer service and fast food.
While obtaining his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma, he furthered his knowledge of the food service industry and continued to sharpen his customer service skills while interning at Chick-fil-A. His role with Chick-fil-A grew into a Director of HR position after graduation from OU.
Following his 5-year stint with Chick-fil-A, Zac prioritized growing his knowledge of the food service industry by accepting a job as an Outside Sales Rep with Mobile Fixture in the summer of 2019. He will use his knowledge from those previous experiences and will sharpen his skills to become a great resource for marketing and selling the Rep Source portfolio within his territory.
Zac and his wife Alyssa moved to the Nashville area in 2017 and welcomed their first daughter, Adeline in May of that year!
Maritza Jorge is no stranger to our industry, having been a representative for dealers, factories, and as an independent for a good portion of her on-going career. She has worked with strong tabletop and smallwares portfolios and is equally comfortable selling equipment and chemicals, too.
She is currently in the South Florida market, having relocated from Orlando, and will work Broward, Dade and Monroe Counties. Maritza has a passion for our industry, for her customers, and for top quality customer service and sales prowess. She is bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish, and she fits right in to this area, where she has family and friends.
She adores her two young adult sons, as much as they adore her, and family is the keystone to her life and happiness. She is adventuresome and has a great sense of humor, making sales a perfect fit for her personality!
In January 2021, Danielle Onori rejoined Rep Source as an experienced tabletop professional. Danielle takes pride in building relationships with customers and assisting them every step of the way. She is extremely passionate about the hospitality industry and will be spreading her charm, personality and professionalism throughout Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe counties.
Danielle is success-driven and loves to interact with people which makes her ideal for our industry. She also enjoys biking, trying new restaurants and spending quality time with her daughter.
Jessica is an invaluable member of our organization, and has been so for the many years she’s been with us! Although she took a years off to travel through this great country of ours as well as Canada, She is back to stay as long as she wishes! She is credited for having consolidated our entire operation and administrative requirements, from an organizational standpoint, down to one efficient office. Formerly with G&K Services for more than 12 years, Jessica specialized in this type of corporate restructuring, as well as opening offices, implementing SOP systems, and personnel training. Her administrative skills are too numerous to list; suffice it to say we are fortunate to have her in our organization!
Jason joined our agency in August, 2003 and brings seven years of food service sales experience to the group. Previously he worked for Edward Don & Company covering accounts in the Miami- South Beach area. His distinguished career there earned him accolades such as “Rookie of the Year“ (1996), three time winner of the Chairman’s Club for making quota over $1 Million and a three time recipient of the “Bell Ringers” Award for being in the top 5% company wide. A graduate from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida, Jason earned a BS in Business Administration and played college baseball for 4 years. His territory covers Northeast Florida, From Tallahassee to Cocoa Beach, as well as select accounts in the Orlando market.
Jeff joined the agency in August, 1999 bringing with him 20 years industry related experience to our organization.
With an extensive background in the Beverage Segment of our industry, Jeff has worked in the operational side of both manufacturing and distributor roles. He specialized in placing equipment-dependent programs with chains and independent operators. With many years vested in working for Rep Source in the South Florida market, Jeff has established himself as a key resource component to our dealer base and end-users alike!
A native Floridian and graduate from Florida International University in Miami, with a BBA in Finance, Jeff covers South Florida with a focus on dealer/end user activities in Broward and Dade counties.
Keeping the family spirit alive and well, a brother to one of the principals of our firm, Damon joins the Rep Source family, as of April 25th, 2017. He has an extensive background in sales in several industries outside of the hospitality industry, earning him accolades for Sales Achievement and National Sales Awards from the companies he was associated with. Prior to that, Damon was in Food & Beverage Management, where he honed his operational skill set to run a profitable private business. He has a passion for providing quality resources and customer service to all facets of his professional career.
Outside of work, Damon has a passion for fishing and golfing. He is a proud family man, who cherishes his wife, 4 beautiful daughters and the only other man of the house, Reedus, his dog!
Jason joined the Rep Source team in April of 2015 and brings more than a decade of experience in the food service industry. For the past three years, Jason was a district sales manager for Everyware Global representing the Oneida, Anchor Hocking, Sch–nwald and World Kitchen brands throughout central and north Florida. Prior to that, he spent five years as a district sales representative for Cheney Brothers, where he was awarded Golden Circle for exceeding budget in both sales and profit. Jason also credits several years in restaurant management for giving him a better understanding of front and back-of-house operations. In his free time, Jason enjoys boating and spending time with his wife and son. Jason was born and raised in Orlando and serves the Central Florida region.
Leslie McIntyre is an Account Manager for the Rep Source team, and covers the Georgia, and E. Tennessee markets. She comes to Rep Source with seven years of prior experience as a manufacturer’s representative with a previous group, and is already well entrenched within the territory.
Previous to this, Leslie worked for five years with Edward Don & Co. in Atlanta, affecting inside sales, administrative responsibilities and handling a multi-unit key new account in sales and development. Leslie’s confident approach to selling and customer relations management will serve our company well, as she helps us build our expanding portfolio in this territory.
